Our ostrich sausages are compact, approximately 5 cm long snack sausages made from fresh meat and are characterized by their particularly soft, delicate texture. This tender consistency makes them easy to chew and therefore suitable for dogs of all life stages – from puppies to older dogs with limited chewing strength.

The recipe is based on a high proportion of ostrich meat (90%), primarily high-quality muscle meat, supplemented with select offal such as liver and lungs. Ostrich is a less common protein source in dog food and is therefore often used for sensitive dogs or those prone to food intolerances. It is very well suited for elimination diets and provides high-quality, easily digestible protein with natural nutrients.

A portion of potato gives the sausages their characteristic, slightly crumbly texture and a pleasantly soft consistency. This makes them easy to break into smaller pieces without crumbling. They are also ideal for hiding pills if they are not swallowed willingly. The included offal rounds out the flavor nicely and provides natural nutrients such as protein and minerals.
