Shipping costs

1) Germany

For orders with delivery within Germany we charge a shipping cost of €5.90.

Delivery is free for orders over €50.

Please note that when paying via Klarna, the delivery address must be identical to the billing address.

2) European Union

We charge €9.90 for deliveries to the rest of the EU.

Delivery is free for orders over €150.

3) Switzerland

We charge €15.90 for deliveries to Switzerland.

Delivery is free for orders over €150.

Shipping times

For orders within Germany you currently have to expect a shipping time of 1-3 working days.

For deliveries outside Germany you should allow 1-2 working days more.

These times are subject to change, so we recommend that you do not wait too long before placing your order.

Shipping company

We send all our packages with DHL GoGreen/Deutsche Post.

Shipping costs for BARF items

For orders with express delivery within Germany we charge a shipping fee of €9.90.

Delivery is free for orders over €100.
