Germany – standard shipping
5,90 €, free shipping for orders over €50 order value. Delivery time 3-5 working days.
BARF & frozen products
Shipping only within Germany via UPS Express in special refrigerated packaging. 9.90 €, free shipping from 100 €. Delivery time 1-2 business days.
Mixed orders: Frozen products are shipped separately from all other items. For mixed orders, the shipping costs are charged separately for both shipments. The limit for free shipping applies to the value of the goods of the individual shipment.
Austria & other EU
9,90 €, free shipping from 150 €. Delivery time 5-8 working days.
We deliver to: Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Croatia, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Czech Republic, Hungary and Cyprus.
BARF and frozen products are excluded from shipping to Excluded abroad.
Switzerland
15,90 €, free shipping from 150 €. Delivery time 5-8 working days. BARF and frozen products are excluded from shipping to Switzerland.
Important note on customs and import taxes
Delivery to Switzerland is duty unpaid. Any import taxes, customs duties and customs clearance fees charged by the deliverer (DHL) will be charged upon delivery and must be borne by the recipient. This also applies to orders with free shipping. The prices are for deliveries to Switzerland without German VAT.
