Our venison sausages are approximately 5 cm long soft snacks made from fresh meat, distinguished above all by their pleasantly soft texture. This makes them easy to chew and particularly suitable for dogs with limited chewing strength – both puppies and senior dogs.
Venison forms the basis of this recipe, comprising 90% of the meat content. This is complemented by high-quality muscle meat and select offal such as liver and lungs. Venison is a popular choice for dogs with sensitive stomachs or food intolerances. It also provides high-quality protein and natural nutrients. Furthermore, its characteristic, slightly savory game flavor makes it very palatable for many dogs.
The characteristically loose, slightly crumbly texture comes from the addition of potato. This makes the sausages easy to cut without crumbling. Their unique consistency also makes them ideal for disguising medication when it's not readily accepted. The recipe is further enhanced with offal, which provides additional natural minerals and protein.
The handy shape makes the sausages a practical snack in everyday life – whether for training, as a small reward during a walk or for in between.
