How to benefit from our bonus program
For every €1 of your order value, you receive 10 bonus points. For amounts with a fraction of a cent, the value is rounded up from €0.5 upwards (e.g., an order worth €9.30 earns 90 points, an order worth €9.80 earns 100 points).
You can collect extra bonus points through numerous promotions and offers. These promotions are announced on our website and via our newsletter, helping you reach your desired reward even faster.
Your bonus points will be credited to your Masterfeed account as soon as your order is fully paid for and confirmed as booked in our system.
If the invoice amount of your order decreases (e.g. due to returns or other reasons), points will only be credited for the partial amount paid.

To see your current points balance, simply click on the yellow gift symbol labeled "Rewards" at the bottom left of our shop. Your points balance will be displayed there.
To redeem your points, click on the yellow "Rewards" gift icon in the bottom left corner of our shop. Then select the "Redeem points" option. You can then choose your desired discount.
Your bonus points are valid for 3 years from the date of credit.
