How to benefit from our bonus program
For every €1 of your order value you will receive one bonus point. Decimal places are rounded up from €0.5 (e.g.: order valued at €9.3 will give you 9 points, order valued at €9.8 will give you 10 points).
You can collect extra bonus points with numerous promotions and offers. These promotions are announced on our website and in our newsletter and will get you your desired reward even faster.
Your bonus points will be credited to your Masterfeed account as soon as your order is fully paid and confirmed as booked in our system.
If the invoice amount of your order is reduced (e.g. due to returns or other reasons), points will only be credited for the partial amount paid.

To see your current points balance, simply click on the yellow gift symbol labeled "Rewards" at the bottom left of our shop. Your points balance will be displayed there.
To redeem your points, click on the yellow "Rewards" gift icon at the bottom left of our shop. Then select the "Redeem bonus points" option. You can then select your desired discount and apply it directly to your shopping cart by clicking on "Redeem". You can also find step-by-step instructions for this in our video.
Your bonus points are valid for 3 years from the date of credit.
