Delivery
Delivery takes place within Germany and to EU countries. We hand over your goods to our shipping partner within 2 working days after your order or, in the case of prepayment methods, within 2 working days after receipt of payment. Shipment will be made to your invoice or delivery address.

Shipping within Germany
- For delivery within Germany we charge a flat rate of 3.90 EUR.
- From an order value of 60,- EUR we deliver free of shipping costs.
- Shipping will be made as an insured package via DHL. The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days.
Shipping to other EU countries
- For delivery to other EU countries, we charge a flat rate of 15.90 EUR.
- Shipping is as an insured package via DHL. The delivery time is usually 3-5 working days.
Shipping for dealers
- Within Germany: We charge a flat shipping fee of 19,- EUR. Delivery is usually made with DHL.
- Delivery to Austria: We charge a flat shipping fee of 29,- EUR. Delivery is usually made with DHL.
- Delivery to other EU countries: We charge a flat shipping fee of 39,- EUR. Delivery is usually made with DHL.
